Mr. Tai has worked as a physiotherapist in multiple hospitals and rehabilitation centres. Over the past 20 years, his main focus has been on the diagnosis and treatment of orthopaedic pain, spinal disorders, and sports injuries. In 2004, he founded the Hong Kong Spine & Sports Injury Treatment Centre.
Deeply influenced by the integration of Chinese and Western medical philosophies, Mr. Tai has actively promoted the "Integrated Chinese-Western Medicine" approach in recent years, utilising joint manipulation, acupuncture, exercise therapy, and naturopathic medicine to treat patients. He is also actively involved in health education, sharing his treatment insights with the public.
In 2011, Mr. Tai was appointed as a consultant to the Steering Committee of the Hong Kong Medical and Healthcare Association, contributing to the development and service quality of Hong Kong's healthcare sector.

With over 20 years of clinical experience, Ricky has had a strong interest in sports since childhood and is a registered coach for various sports. He obtained a Master's degree in Sports Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, specialising in sports physiotherapy.
Ricky specialises in home-based physiotherapy services. He is skilled at using everyday household items as therapeutic tools, enabling patients and caregivers to receive treatment at home and transform daily habits into consistent therapeutic routines. He also coordinates and refers patients to relevant specialist care and manages overall rehabilitation planning.
